Some of the most influential and dynamic laws in the modern world are those that govern education. Part of the reason education law is so dynamic is because of the varying opinions of the majority on what exactly education entails. It is incredibly influential because education affects every person on a day-to-day level; a good education can lead a person to great wealth or happiness. A poor one can lead a person to abject failure or perhaps strained subsistence. The most important thing to remember is that education is multifaceted - we are teachers, mentors, students, and leaders at different moments in our lives. There is an inequality in education, and education that is poorly managed will follow a person throughout their entire lives. Poor education can lead to dogmatic pursuits of ill-formed plans, or hasty decisions made with an incomplete picture of the matter. Education is meant to combat this very idea, and a well-managed education does just that; it creates an environment wherein people know precisely how complete a picture is and the steps they need to take to try and fill in the rest of it. An educated person will understand when it is necessary to act on an incomplete picture and when to wait and seek more information. Patience, discipline and curiosity are side effects of a good education, a scholarly person is used to having to work long and hard hours to fully understand a concept. These attributes will help a person throughout the rest of their lives, and likely lead them to pursuing something that will make them happy, rich, or hopefully both.
